Our Company

Vizyon Kalıp, is founded in Bursa/Turkey by a group which have a 14 year of rotational experience in 2001. With its experienced group consisting of 15 person it produces metal sheets and aluminium rotation moulds.

Mould production

Products are designed with CAD and engineering endouver in accordance with the order of the customer. CNC at 2000x850x850 dimensions, lathe at the size ø900mm and in model and metal factories within our scope all kinds of

rotational moulds are fully completed. Mould experiments are done by us and the moulds are submitted.

Production

If requested production may be realized with 4 rotation machines in various sizes available in the scope of our company. Our machine recourse vary as to be able to produce from products under 1 kg which may be considered small for rotation technology to stores of 20 tons.
